A. As long as they still fit into the 1% program requirements.

A. You will be responsible for the balance of the check and the $30 returned check fee.

Q: Can I only cash corporate checks Monday through Friday at Your Exchange?
A. We are open Monday-Wednesday 8:30am to 7:00pm, Thursday-Friday 8:00am to 7:30pm and on Saturday from 9:00am until 5:00pm for ALL business.

Q: If I get a tax refund for my business, can I cash it at Your Exchange?
A. Yes. We cash all tax return checks, large or small.

Q: If I receive an insurance check for my business, can I cash it at Your Exchange?
A. Yes. We cash all insurance checks, large or small.

A. Yes. We can provide one for you. Just ask a teller to put a note in your profile and become a VIC, too!

Q: Do I have to wait for checks to clear to receive my money?
A. As long as we are able to verify if it is out of your personal limits, we will give you: cash, money orders, or pay your bills. Money orders are free on Thursdays and Fridays.

Q: Do you cash DBAs (Doing Business As)?
A. Yes we can cash personal, handwritten, printed, government, insurance, or anything else paid to a DBA.

Q: I have home business. Do those checks qualify?
A. Yes we can cash personal, handwritten, printed, government, insurance or anything else paid to your home business.

Q: Is there an age requirement?
A. Every situation will be addressed on a case by case basis.

A. We look at all corporate check cashing transactions individually.

A. As long as we are able to verify fund. We can take unlimited funds off of a debit card for you, too.

A. We want to do everything we can to cash all of your checks, even if it is above your personal approval limit. If you know you have a large check that you will be bringing in, we would like a heads up. That way we will have enough cash available for you.

Q: What if I forget to bring my ID with me?
A. We will get a copy of it on file the first time you cash a check with us, as well as a photo of you in your profile, and if you ever lose it or forget it, we can still cash your corporate checks, large or small!

Q: Do I need to bring in my paperwork every time to cash corporate checks at Your Exchange?
A. Once you bring it in the first time, we will have it on file. If we need anything else in the future, we will ask for it.

A. Of course! We can get you as many money orders as you would like. They are free on Thursdays and Fridays.

Q: Can I use my business checks to pay my bills or send Western Union at Your Exchange?
A. Once we cash your check, we can do any other service you need, such as Western Union, pay bills, or money orders.

Q: What if I own multiple companies?
A. Bring in the documents for each company. We will create a file for each business that you have.

Q: What if I get a check that is post dated for a day or two after I need the money?
A. We don’t have a problem cashing post dated checks, as long as it is not dated too far away.

A. We will have you set up in your own personal profile. Every time you come to cash any check, big or small, the employee of Your Exchange will pull your profile up by your name.

A. We have a Cashpass Prepaid MasterCard. You can have direct deposit onto it or load money at any of the Your Exchange locations. We are open Monday - Friday 8:00am to 7:30pm and on Saturday from 9:00am until 6:00pm!

Q: Do I have to set up my corporate check cashing profile with a specific person at Your Exchange?
A. All employees of Your Exchange can set up your corporate check cashing at any time.

Q: Do I have to set up my corporate check cashing file with a specific person at Your Exchange?
A. All employees of Your Exchange are trained to be able to help you with all of your needs, including setting up a corporate check cashing file.

Q: Will you guys hold my corporate checks made out to my business?
A. As long as we are able to verify it when we have to, we will give you: cash, money orders, pay your bills, or anything else that you need. Money orders are free on Thursdays and Fridays.

A. Yes! We have no limit on how many checks you bring in. We cash personal, handwritten, computer printed, government, insurance, tax refunds, and money orders!
