Q: What's the cheapest prepaid card?
A: At Your Exchange we offer a Cashpass card without any activation or point of sale fees!

Q: What if I need cash for rent?
A: You can get cash out of any ATM. If you're hoping to avoid the ATM fee, you can arrange for Cashpass to issue a check drawn off your account to any biller that they don't already have set up.

Q: If I load a whole check on my card, can I avoid a cashing fee?
A: Unfortunately we can only load cash onto the cards, so we have to cash your check first in order to load the card.

Q: Where can I get a prepaid card?
A: Here at Your Exchange we offer the Cashpass card without an activation fee!

Q: Do you have prepaid Visa cards?
A: Our Cashpass card is a prepaid MasterCard. It works anywhere MasterCard is accepted!

Q: Can I use my Cashpass card at the gas pump?
A: Yes, Cashpass cards work at gas pumps. When you pay at the pump, your card is initially charged $30. If you need less than that much in gas, the difference will be credited to you by the following business day.

Q: How long does it take to set up a Cashpass card?
A: It takes just a couple minutes. Fill out a card with some basic personal information and give it to one of our friendly tellers and we'll take it from there!

Q: When I load money on my card, how long until it is available?
A: When you load money on your Cashpass card at Your Exchange, your money is available immediately.

Q: Will my Cashpass card have my name on it?
A: When you come in to activate a Cashpass card, you get an instant issue card so however much you load on the card you have access to right away. If you'd like, they can also send you a card with your name on it. That card arrives in the mail in 7-10 days, and has a one time activation fee of $10.

Q: What's the difference between the instant issue card and the personalized card?
A: The only thing you can do with a personalized card that you cannot do with an instant issue card is use it to rent movies from Redbox rental kiosks. The only other difference between the cards is that the personalized card has your name on it.

Q: Where can I get a direct deposit card?
A: Get direct deposit on a Cashpass card at Your Exchange! Just let us know when you activate your card that you'll be setting up direct deposit, and we'll give you a letter to give your employer or office that has all the information they'll need to set up direct deposit.

Q: How much money can I load on my Cashpass card at one time?
A: The maximum to load at once is $5,000.00, with a maximum of $10,000.00 in one day.

Q: Should I ring up my Cashpass card as a credit card or a debit card?
A: If you swipe your Cashpass card at a store and are given the option between charging it as a credit card or a debit card, always choose credit. If you choose debit, there is a surcharge of .35 cents, but if you choose credit, there is no charge at all.

Q: Can I set up a Cashpass card for someone else?
A: Yes, you can set up a card in someone else's name. We'll just need either their social security number or their license number in order to complete the application.

Q: Can I load someone else's Cashpass card?
A: Yes, as long as you have their card number.

Q: Do I need to have the card with me to load a Cashpass card?
A: No, just the card number is all that is needed.

Q: Can my parents load my card from out of town?
A: Yes, you can load the Cashpass prepaid MasterCard at any Western Union or Pawn America location as well.

Q: Do I have to come in to activate a Cashpass card or can I do it from home?
A: You do have to come into the store to set up a Cashpass card, but it just takes a few minutes!

Q: Is a Cashpass card as safe as my bank card?
A: Yes, Cashpass prepaid MasterCards are just as safe as any bank debit card. Considering that you're not compromising your bank account number, you could say it's safer.

Q: Is my Cashpass account number the same as my card number?
A: No, the card number is not your account number. If you need to know your account number, stop into any of our Your Exchange stores or call Cashpass customer service.

Q: Do I pay the load fee up front?
A: No, Cashpass deducts the load fee on their end. For instance, if you need $100.00 on your card to pay a bill, you would want to load $102.00. Then Cashpass will deduct $2.00 for the load fee, leaving you with $100.00.

Q: My Cashpass card is about the expire. What do I do?
A: Cashpass automatically sends a replacement card when yours expires. If you notice the date is coming, watch your mailbox; The card comes in a plain white envelope. If the date is near and you haven't seen a card in the mail you can call the number on the back of the card and speak to an operator. They can verify your address and let you know if a card is on the way.

Q: Where can I get a prepaid card to rent a car?

A: Come into Your Exchange and we can deactivate the old card for you and set you up for a new one immediately. All funds will be transferred to the new card.

A: Yes, the cashpass card is a quick and convenient way of receiving your check immediately upon payday.

Q: Is a credit check required to obtain a cashpass card?
A: No, Cashpass does not require a credit check to obtain their card.

Q: Does Cashpass report to all 3 credit agencies?
A: No, it does not.

Q: Can I charge against my cashpass card like a credit card?
A: No. The cashpass card is simply a pre-paid MasterCard that allows you to make point-of-sale purchases, withdraw funds from an ATM, make reoccurring payments, shop online, and make payments online to over 5,000 billers nationwide. It does not allow you to charge purchases onto the card to be paid at a later date.

Q: Is there a daily limit to the amount of cash that I can withdraw off of the cashpass card?
A: Yes. You are able to withdraw up to $900.00 per day with your cashpass card.

Q: Is there a daily limit to how much I can load onto my cashpass card?
A: Yes, you are able to load no more than $10,000 onto the cashpass card within 2 days.

Q: Can I easily transfer funds from one cashpass account to another?
A: Yes, card-to-card transfers are very simple and can be done by accessing your account online.

Q: Zion's Bank is the bank that manages all transactions for Cashpass; does that mean that I have an account with Zion's Bank?
A: No, Zion's Bank simply processes the transactions for Cashpass.

Q: How much does it cost to get a cashpass card?
A: There is an initial $9.95, one-time activation fee for the card.

Q: Who can I speak to if I have a problem with my cashpass card or account?
A: You can either stop into one of three Your-Exchange locations for assistance with your cashpass card, or you may call Cashpass customer service at 1-877-766-3551. The customer service line is available Mon - Fri 7:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. and from 10:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

Q: Do I have to wait any amount of time to access my cash once I have loaded funds onto my cashpass card?
A: No. Your money is available immediately upon loading the card.

Q: Can I shop online or pay bills with my cashpass card online?
A: Yes. You can both shop online and pay bills with your cashpass card.

Q: How do I load funds onto my cashpass card?
A: Funds can be loaded onto your card by stopping into one of our three Your-Exchange locations, through Pawn America, or through Western Union. Cashpass cards can also be automatically loaded by using direct deposit.

Q: Are there different types of cashpass cards available?
A: Yes, there are two different cards to choose from. Our most popular card is the called the 2% card; it has no monthly fee associated and with this card, cashpass will withdraw 2% of the amount loaded onto the card as their fee. We suggest this card for customers who typically load $500 or less per transaction. The second card we offer is called the 9.95 card. this card does have a $6.95 monthly fee, but only charges a flat rate of $2.00. We suggest this card for customers who typically load $500 or more per transaction.

Q: Is there an ATM withdrawal fee associated with the cashpass card?
A: Yes, there is a $2.00 fee for each ATM withdrawal.

Q: Am I able to get cash back from my card at a point-of-sale?
A: Yes, you are able to get cash back during a point-of-sale transaction.

Q: Am I able to receive alerts on my phone of my card balance, recent purchases or card activity?
A: Yes. Cashpass offers an easy way to set up alerts on your phone so that you are immediately notified of any and all card activity. This can be accessed through the Cashpass website at www.cashpass.com.

Q: What is a CashPass Prepaid Debit MasterCard Card?
A: The CashPass Prepaid Debit MasterCard is a prepaid MasterCard card. This card is accepted Internationally anywhere the Debit MasterCard is accepted. Call the Spring Lake Park store with questions.

Q: How much does a CashPass Prepaid Debit MasterCard cost?
A: There is a $5.00 one time card Activation Fee.

Q: How long does it take to receive the CashPass Prepaid Debit MasterCard Card?
A: Upon successful identification verification* and approval you will receive the card in 7-10 business days. It comes in a plain looking letter that appears to be junk mail.

A: Anywhere MasterCard debit cards are accepted.
