A: Well it varies depending on the quality and weight of the item but we will pay up to 80-85% of the value.
Q: What if I don’t know if it is real gold or not?
A: No problem! At Your Exchange we will also gladly test and tell you if an item is real or not.

A: Depending on the amount of items it can vary but it is really a quick process and normally takes no longer than 5 minutes.
Q: Do I need to bring anything with me when selling my jewelry?
A: Yes, We do need a picture ID, and also we will ask you for your current address but that’s about it.
Q: Can I bring in someone else’s gold or silver?
A: You can conduct a transaction for someone else, however all of the info will be logged under your name.
We do work closely with the local police departments so if it were to come back stolen it would come back directly to you.
Q: Can I take a loan out on my jewelry?
A: No, Unfortunately we are unable to do loans on jewelry at this time, but we always can buy it from you!
Q: Can I get my jewelry back after I have sold it?
A: No, Unfortunately after we buy the item it is sent to our refinery where it is melted down so ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Q: What is the difference between 14k and 24k jewelry?
A: The karat refers to the quality of gold that is in it. 24k is pure and 14k is 14 parts gold and 10 parts metal alloy.
