A. We have been in business since May, 2001.

A. Yes. Our employees would be glad to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your Boost Mobile or Page Plus phones or plans.

A. Yes. Our employees would be glad to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your cashpass card/account.
Q. Can I pay for services at Your-Exchange by using a credit, debit, or check card?
A. No, we only take cash at Your-Exchange, however, each of our locations has an ATM for easy access.
Q. Can a customer receive faxes at Your-Exchange?
A. Yes, you can receive a fax at your exchange. We charge one dollar per page and the fax can be picked up during any of our regular business hours.
Q. Do all of Your-Exchange locations buy gold and silver?
A. Yes, all of our locations buy gold and silver.
Q. Do all of Your-Exchange locations process payday loans?
A. Yes, you may apply for a payday loan at any one of our 3 locations.
Q. Can the general public post business cards/advertisements at Your-Exchange?
A. Yes. We have specific areas in each of our stores designed to help promote and advertise other local businesses.
Q. How can a customer ensure that their privacy is protected?
A. All of our information is stored in a secure server where very few have access. We are also a member of the Better Business Bureau and follow all state and federal guidelines.
Q. What is the return policy on items purchased at Your-Exchange?
A. If a return is needed, the customer will need to bring in their receipt to one of our locations within 30 days.
Q. What holidays does Your-Exchange recognize?
A. Your-Exchange locations are closed on the following holidays:

Q. Do you sell stamps?
A. Yes, Your-Exchange sells stamps at $.50 cents per stamp.

A. No we do not, however, we would be glad to direct you to the nearest post office.
